When attending birthday parties or other celebrations in classrooms, all adults must have a cleared background check on file. Exceptions include having the celebration in the cafeteria, attending an assembly or having a staff member escort you to and from the classroom (not office staff). Every student who wants to ride the bus should complete the rider registration form whether they are an existing rider or new rider. Forms will be available at the school or you can print the attached form, complete and return to the school office. Please disregard if you have completed a form for the 2018-19 school year.
